WC777 Terms and Conditions

By registering for and using the WC777 platform at wc777.bar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all products and services offered on WC777, including sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football; casino games including slots and live casino; fish games; and all promotional offers. If any part of these terms is unclear to you, please reach out to our support team before proceeding. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated version of these terms as and when they are published.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context states otherwise:

• "Platform" means the WC777 website at wc777.bar and any associated mobile application.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers for or uses a WC777 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the WC777 registration process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which WC777 account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback or other non-cash value credited to a Player's account under a WC777 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Eligible Payment Method" means JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit card, and mobile wallet — all processed in PKR.
• "Real Funds" means deposited PKR balance that is available for withdrawal and is not subject to any wagering requirement.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session limits and self-exclusion options available within the WC777 account settings.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open a WC777 account and use the platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. WC777 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are found to have registered while under the age of 18 will have their account closed and any winnings forfeited.
• Register only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, contact details, device or payment method — are not permitted. WC777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and consolidate balances at its discretion.
• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and Pakistan-based payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or agent of WC777, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Ensure that online gaming and sports betting is permitted for you to participate in under the laws applicable to you personally. WC777 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Eligibility is entirely your responsibility to determine.

3 Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for the security of your WC777 account login credentials. You must not share your password, PIN or account access with any other person. WC777 will treat any action carried out under your login credentials as an action authorised by you.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact WC777 support immediately. WC777 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is in progress. WC777 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All transactions on the WC777 platform are conducted exclusively in PKR. WC777 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PKR. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Raast and bank transfer are credited upon clearance, which may take up to one business day.
• The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by the platform, though your individual payment provider may impose its own limits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes. Raast withdrawals may take up to one hour. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• WC777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of ownership of the payment method being used.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This condition applies to Real Funds only and is separate from any Bonus Fund wagering requirements.

5 Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

WC777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL free bets, cashback offers and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonus Funds are credited in PKR. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 15x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements — always check the promotion's individual terms before claiming.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per Player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a violation of these terms.
• Bonus Funds have a validity period from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire automatically.
• Free bets credited as part of PSL promotions or T20 tournament offers must be used on the specified markets. Unused free bets expire at the end of the stated promotional period.
• WC777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be given. Claims in progress at the time a promotion is cancelled will be honoured based on the terms applicable at the time of the original claim.
• WC777 may decline or reverse a bonus if there is reasonable suspicion that the offer is being abused or exploited. This includes but is not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on WC777, including cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, football and Esports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed in your account. No bet can be cancelled or amended after submission unless WC777 specifically offers a cash-out option on that market, and you elect to use it before the relevant event starts or while the in-play cash-out window is open.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where an odds value is clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a technical fault — WC 777 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. WC777 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Accumulator bets require all individual selections to win for the bet to be successful. If one or more selections are voided (due to a cancelled event, for example), the accumulator is recalculated with the voided selection removed and the remaining odds applied.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, PSL and football fixtures. Odds on in-play markets update in real time and your bet is placed at the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your selection — not the odds shown when you first opened the bet slip.
• WC777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market or for any individual Player account at its discretion, without prior notice.

7 Casino, Slots and Fish Games Rules

All casino games, slot titles and fish games available on WC777 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The outcome of every spin, round or game event is independently determined and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player or by WC777 beyond the publicly stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge values for each game.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before you begin playing. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable limits before placing any wager.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round or fish game session, WC777's servers will continue to process the round to completion. The result will be recorded and your balance adjusted accordingly when your connection is restored.
• WC777 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failure or power cuts on the Player's side.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules applicable to each live casino game are displayed within the game window and are the definitive rules for that game. In the event of any conflict between live studio rules and these terms, the live studio rules govern the conduct of that specific game, and WC777's general account terms govern everything else.
• Fish game outcomes are determined by server-side RNG. Weapon upgrade options, bullet costs and fish point values are displayed within the game and are subject to change by the game provider. WC777 will update the platform to reflect any changes made by the provider.

8 VIP Programme

WC777 operates a four-tier VIP loyalty programme — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered Players. The following conditions apply:

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers across sports betting, slots, live casino and fish games. Wagers placed using Bonus Funds do not contribute to VIP point accumulation.
• Your VIP tier for each calendar month is determined by the total points earned during the previous calendar month. Tier assessments are processed on the first business day of each month.
• VIP benefits include monthly PKR cashback (percentage varies by tier), priority withdrawal processing and access to tier-exclusive promotions. Current benefit details for each tier are published on the Promotions page.
• Cashback credited under the VIP programme is Real Funds with no wagering requirement, unless the specific monthly cashback promotion states otherwise.
• WC777 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds or associated benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

9 Responsible Gaming

WC777 is committed to providing an environment where gaming remains a form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all Players to approach the platform with a pre-set personal budget and time limits. Never play with money intended for essential household or personal expenses, and never attempt to recover previous losses by increasing your deposit amounts.

WC777 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Reminders: Set a timer that alerts you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration. You can choose to continue or end your session when the reminder triggers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent break from the platform. Temporary self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months are available. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to deposit, play or claim bonuses.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your WC777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance will be returned to you via your most recently used eligible payment method in PKR, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements being satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

WC777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Use of prohibited software, bots or exploitation of platform errors.
• A Player being found to be under 18 years of age at any time.
• Any other conduct that WC777 reasonably considers to be detrimental to the fair and safe operation of the platform.

Where an account is closed by WC777 due to a breach of these terms, WC777 may withhold some or all of the account balance at its reasonable discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11 Limitation of Liability

WC777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues or factors outside WC777's control may result in temporary unavailability. WC777 will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WC777's liability to any Player in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. WC777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings or profits, lost opportunity or reputational damage.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Privacy, Data and Communications

WC777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering for a WC777 account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can review the full Privacy Policy at any time on the Privacy Policy page.

By registering, you agree to receive transactional communications from WC777 including deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates and account security alerts. You may opt out of marketing communications — including bonus offers and promotional emails — at any time through your account notification settings.

13 Amendments to These Terms

WC777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal processing times or account eligibility rules — WC777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Minor amendments such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or non-substantive rewording may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the WC777 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure options.

The version of these terms published on the platform at the time of any event or dispute is the version that will apply to that event or dispute.
